Exercise Needs
Labradors are energetic and playful. They require daily long walks, playtime, and activities such as swimming. Mental stimulation is just as important as physical activity.
Care
During shedding seasons, brushing several times a week is necessary. Their ear structure makes them prone to infections, so regular checks are needed. Since they are prone to obesity, their diet should be well-balanced.
Living Environment
Best suited for homes with gardens, but can adapt to apartment life if provided with enough exercise. They love spending time with their family and dislike being left alone.
Suitable Family Type
Highly suitable for families with children, active individuals, and households with other pets. Due to their trainability, they are often used as guide dogs, therapy dogs, and in search-and-rescue missions.
